Tony Bracciale’s passion to help people find or sell their homes started at the tender age of 10. “I can remember anticipating the arrival of the Sunday paper because it always had the largest real estate section. I would plead with my parents to visit the open houses in the nearby housing developments. In fact, I had convinced my dad into buying a home until he realized a 10 year was selling him a house. It continued on into my adult life. One might say I was destined to be in this business. “
Being a Realtor became a reality after Tony purchased his home in 2012. “The whole involvement revived my desire to be in the real estate industry. I closed on my house, and was on the path to fulfilling my lifelong ambition that proved to be rewarding. I was a multi-million dollar producer my first year and that momentum hasn’t slowed to this day.”
Bright-eyed and committed to client contentment, Tony truly enjoys people and the challenge that comes with meeting someone new, truly listening to their needs, and working diligently to provide them with precisely what they desire. “I like cultivating personal relationships with each of my clients. Making that connection and providing each client with the individual service they require finding their next home”
When Tony is not working, scouting the Uptown/Oak Lawn neighborhoods, or spending time with his beagle Baxter on Katy Trail, he actively participates in the community by attending events and supporting local businesses.
