My husband and I initially contacted Alan to sell our home in Oak Cliff. Being knowledgeable in the area, he helped us navigate the rough terrain of selling our first home. He was patient, flexible and even brutally honest with us when he needed to be. When we were ready to buy our next home, we had to do so in a rush (baby coming!). Again, Alan stepped up to the plate and made what could’ve been a heinous experience a completely smooth and an easy transition for our family. Not to say there weren’t bumps in the road- but Alan stood in the gap for us and was once again a super hero Realtor, even preventing us from buying a horrible house! On the day we found our new, amazing home, Alan bravely spent the entire afternoon driving around Dallas with me and my 2 year-old son because he knew what sort of rush we were in to buy a new home. I cannot say enough good things about him. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He took our text messages, phone calls and incessant e-mails without complaint. He’s also one of the most fun and hilarious Realtors we’ve ever worked with in the home buying process.
